Strong with Jen

Our whole lives we have struggled with weight and confidence. We would go to every extreme to lose weight and fit the mold we thought we wanted. We were miserable eating 1000 calories a day and exercising daily. Eat less and move more. Lucky enough to meet each other in 2022 and our lives took a turn for the better! We instantly bonded over our passion for fitness and health. As the months passed our bond strengthened. We found acceptance and growth in each other. But we both had similar outlooks on how we had to achieve our goals. Eat less and move more. We met daily to exercise and would brainstorm why things were or weren't working. One common issue continued to come up! We weren't making any progress despite our constant efforts. We were both at our wit's end when Amanda brought up hiring a health coach. It felt like a weight being lifted off our shoulders. We started with our health coach and within a week we were both in tears and awe at what we were putting our bodies through. We had been lied to. Eating less and moving more was not the answer. Over the next 6 months, Amanda and Jen became captivated with this new journey. After both making wonderful transformations we decided this was something we wanted to share with others who have struggled the same way we have. We both went on to get an education in this field and are beyond excited to reach people who struggle. We want to let you know you are not alone and we are stronger together!
